About the Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique splits work into focused sprints โ€” traditionally 25 minutes each โ€” separated by 5-minute short breaks; after 4 pomodoros you take a longer break (about 15 minutes). Short, focused sprints instead of long, tiring sessions help keep your attention.

This timer is based on real elapsed time, so switching tabs will not throw it off. All settings and timing happen in your browser and are never uploaded.
