About the photo censor tool
This free online censor tool lets you hide private details in a photo right in your browser: upload an image, drag the box over the area you want to hide (a face, licence plate, house number or ID number), choose a mosaic or solid block and press “Apply”. You can process several areas, then download as PNG or JPEG.
All processing happens locally on your device and the image is never uploaded to any server, which makes it ideal for sensitive photos containing personal data. Note that censoring overwrites pixels and cannot be reversed, so keep a backup of the original — and a larger mosaic block hides more.
